You be the judge! Personally I don't care, though I suspect that Joe just tripped over his tongue again. Either way, it was poor wording... but not being a very PC person, I don't much care about that either. What I do care about it the double standard that would have resulted in outrage and accusations of racism had Mitt Romney or Paul Ryan fallen victim to a similar tongue malfunction. Such is life, this may never change... but change of a different sort IS comin'... in 83 days!
He was also confused about where he was. Danville, VA is not in North Carolina!
