Mitt Romney's selection of Paul Ryan as his V.P. should, if nothing else, give us all hope that during the last days of this campaign we can have a substantive debate on REAL issues. Can we at least all agree that this is preferable to dung slinging diversional diatribe we've been subjected to so far? Probably not as no doubt this is a not situation the current administration and their handlers would have chosen. They cannot, however, avoid it if they insist on demonizing Paul Ryan as a granny hating grinch . . . They'll insist. They can't help themselves!
Fortunately, as you can see, Mr. Ryan is quite capable of defending himself and common sense conservative principles. Thank you, Mitt Romney, for a choice well made. November looks a bit brighter today!
