Next week Joe Biden will disclose the findings of The White House Task Force on Gun Violence to an anxiously waiting Barack Obama. To mitigate what is seen as escalating gun related violence in America, the task force is expected to propose bans on "assault weapons" and tighter regulation on other guns and ammunition. If these suggestions are implemented they will severely erode the constitutional right of all law abiding citizens to defend themselves and their families.
Meanwhile, today the President (the very same President who will be only too happy to seriously limit or remove our right to bear arms) signed a bill giving himself secret service protection for life! Apparently we're not supposed to notice.
Oh the irony, the unmitigated gall, the CHUTZPAH.
