of yesterday, millions of hurricane victims are still without electricity, gasoline, and food, while electrical crews from Georgia,
Alabama, and Illinois, who had come to help, were sent home because they weren't
members of a union. Apparently cutting the red tape is as difficult as
finding a shovel ready job. Where does this buck stop, Barack?
